Cloud IAM Support Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with Okta
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory synchronisation and integration
• Hands-on experience with CloudStrike integration
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) is beneficial
• Experience with Active Directory administration, including users, groups, GPOs and PKI is beneficial
• Experience with BeyondTrust PRA and PAM is beneficial
• BPSS clearance is required

Responsibilities:

• Support a range of identity and access management technologies and services
• Support Entra ID RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Support Entra ID and Active Directory synchronisation
• Support Entra ID MFA, SSO and Conditional Access
• Support CloudStrike integration
• Administer Entra ID users and dynamic groups
• Support Entra ID Enterprise Applications, Service Principals and Managed Identities
• Support Entra ID Governance, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes and API applications
• Support Okta SSO integrations

We are hiring a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team in Manchester or Inverness, working onsite five days per week.
