IT Technician

Salary: £35,000 - 36,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are seeking experienced IT Technicians with MSP or busy service desk expertise.
• We require strong problem-solving skills and a passion for client satisfaction.
• We are looking for candidates with experience in 365 administration, 365 troubleshooting, Windows Server, and 2nd line support.
• We require candidates to be UK residents based in the local area and within commuting distance of Cambridge, UK.

Responsibilities:

• We provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client incidents.
• We administer Microsoft 365 and handle related troubleshooting.
• We pick up and work tickets as part of the support team.
• We support IT infrastructure and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for our clients.
