IT Support Administrator

Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• IT Support Technician, System Administrator, or similar background
• Looking for a part-time role
• Happy to work remotely

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support and system administration for users
• Set up and deploy laptops for existing and new users
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and handle support tasks
• Work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce systems
• Manage user accounts
• Support the onboarding of new employees
• Assist with process improvements
• Work flexibly across 16 to 20 hours per week
