GRC Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 47,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience within cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance or security assurance.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes and risk management activities.
• The ability to engage confidently with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities across our organisation.
• Assist with security audits, compliance assessments and assurance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather evidence and track remediation actions.
• Support risk identification, assessment and reporting activities.
• Maintain governance documentation, policies, standards and procedures.
• Monitor compliance against organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our cybersecurity governance function.
• Produce reports and documentation for key stakeholders.

The role offers a salary of £42,000 - £47,000 plus permanent benefits.
