Principal Engineer

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of software engineering experience, with experience leading at principal, staff or tech lead level
• Strong system design and technical leadership skills
• Full-stack experience
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot, React/TypeScript and React Native
• Experience with Azure, or AWS/GCP
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD
• Experience with APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience with production ownership and modern engineering practices
• Experience using AI integrated into the SDLC
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services or other regulated environments; experience from SaaS, technology or e-commerce will also be considered
