Junior IT Support Technician

Salary: £26,500 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for technology and a strong interest in developing a career within IT
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting, utilising AI and new technologies
• Willingness to learn new technologies, develop technical skills and work towards professional certifications
• Some previous IT experience or qualifications would be advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide professional, reliable technical support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Manage support requests through our Service Desk platform
• Ensure customers receive an excellent support experience
• Work with a broad range of technologies
• Assist with software and hardware deployments
• Support end users
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service

We are working with a long-standing client in Oxford offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home, with hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and a salary of up to £30k per annum depending on experience.
