1st Line NOC Engineer (French Speaking) Temporary Contract

Salary: £29,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A calm, professional, and problem-solving mindset
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Confidence speaking with customers and building rapport
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centre experience is desirable but not required
• Interest in technology, IT, or networking is desirable but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional support in French and English
• Help customers by answering queries and guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts or incidents quickly
• Investigate issues and gather information to identify possible causes
• Escalate more complex technical problems to specialist engineers when required
• Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process
• Ensure all incidents are logged accurately and managed within agreed service levels
• Build our technical knowledge through ongoing training and development
