Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Oracle Reporting experience.
  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting and Analytics experience.
  • Extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion reporting solutions within production and Managed Services environments.
  • Advanced expertise in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes across Finance (ERP), HCM, Procurement, and SCM.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion data models, table structures, subject areas, and data dictionaries.
  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Strong understanding of data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting architecture.
  • Experience designing scalable, supportable, and high-performance reporting solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reusable technical solutions.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion security roles and data access controls.
  • Exposure to statutory, financial, payroll, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Oracle Fusion Reporting, HCM, Analytics, or Cloud certifications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public sector Oracle Cloud customers.
  • Interest in emerging analytics technologies, AI-driven reporting, and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert Level 3 functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions using OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing reporting solutions that support critical business operations and decision-making.
  • Lead the design and implementation of reporting strategies focused on data accuracy and reconciliation, performance optimisation, business value and alignment, and security, governance, and compliance.
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements across ERP, HCM, Procurement, and SCM.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.
  • Stay informed of Oracle Cloud reporting enhancements and recommend innovative approaches to improve customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary reporting subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Managed Services customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, key users, and customer leadership teams.
  • Foster effective communication through regular service reviews, status updates, and planning discussions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on reporting roadmaps, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting activities, and enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand evolving business needs and deliver solutions that support long-term success.
  • Manage reporting-related incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL best practices and service level commitments.
  • Support critical reporting cycles, including month-end, quarter-end, year-end, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including report specifications, test plans and results, data definitions and mappings, security and access models, and governance and operational procedures.
  • Support customer transitions into Managed Services following Oracle Fusion implementations, support model changes, or vendor transitions.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultants across multiple customer engagements.
  • Act as a technical authority for reporting and analytics solutions, promoting best practices and high-quality delivery standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and coaching of reporting consultants.
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions adhere to established governance, quality, and security standards.
  • Assist with workload planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, and capacity management across customer portfolios.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous learning culture that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and customer challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, capability development, and service innovation across the Oracle Managed Services practice.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Practice Leadership to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
