Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in technology, business change or transformation environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across both system delivery and business process change.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment.
• Experience of Dynamics 365, ERP or enterprise business systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand our business needs and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and documentation.
• Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning and day-to-day project activities.
• Run as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Support Dynamics, ERP and wider business systems change initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties on both COTS and custom-built solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and drive consensus.
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Help deliver improvements that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

This is a varied Business Analyst role spanning Microsoft Dynamics, ERP and financial systems change, digital delivery, process improvement and wider transformation initiatives. We are predominantly remote, with occasional travel to Norwich and the East of England.
