Product AI Workflow Specialist

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience building automations or integrations using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON, including the ability to wire systems together and debug failing integrations.
• Experience integrating an LLM API into organisational workflows at scale.
• Ability to work from clear direction, move fast, and deliver without constant oversight.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Builder mindset and a strong focus on execution.
• Low ego, high output, with the ability to care deeply about the result.
• Genuine excitement for AI and curiosity about what is possible.
• Ability to explore new tools and pick up new platforms quickly.
• Reliability, including documenting work and flagging blockers early.

Responsibilities:

• Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes based on a clear brief.
• Turn concepts into working custom AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations and tools for internal teams.
• Make agents reliable, robust, and able to run at scale without supervision.
• Own the agents we ship by connecting the right data sources, designing prompts, validating outputs, and ensuring systems run reliably across central processes.
• Administer and maintain our product teams shared tooling platforms.
• Keep shared tools configured, documented, and reliable so the team can depend on them.
