Technical and AV Support Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Very strong technical skills in all aspects of IT and AV support
• Hands-on experience supporting C-Level executives
• Exceptional level of customer service and confidentiality
• Flexibility regarding duties and hours of work, including occasional out-of-hours work for high-profile events or visits
• Shift cover where required
• Intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced proficiency in Apple macOS management
• Advanced proficiency in cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for IT and AV-related queries and troubleshooting for MD and WG users
• Drive incident and outage resolution and communication
• Use tools including ServiceNow and ensure SLAs are met
• Assist with backend administration, including asset tagging, auditing, and disposals
• Maintain data retention practices
