Animation Developer
Job Description
Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience delivering animation and motion graphics projects from concept through to completion
- Expert Adobe After Effects capability
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills
- Strong motion graphics and digital animation experience
- Experience creating process visualisations, explainer assets, or information-rich content
- Ability to work from technical requirements and detailed specifications
- Experience delivering high-quality digital products to agreed timelines
- Understanding of accessibility requirements for video and digital content
- Experience within government, public sector, or regulated environments would be beneficial
- Support the delivery of a high-profile digital content project
- Develop a complex animated digital asset designed to simplify and visualise a multi-stage operational process
- Create an end-to-end animated product, including storyboarding, asset creation, animation, editing, and final delivery
- Transform complex workflow and process information into a polished visual solution using industry-standard tools
- Produce reusable templates, structured project files, and supporting assets to enable future maintenance and updates by internal teams

We are a large public sector organisation seeking an experienced Animation Developer to join a specialist programme team on a high-profile digital content project. This is a fully remote, inside IR35 contract at a £400 day rate, with an initial 2-month term and potential for extension.
