Data Consultant - SQL

Salary: £28,000 - 51,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require experience within Financial Services.
• We are looking for experience in one or more of the following: project and change management, managing critical data elements for regulatory reporting, implementing sound data management practices, enterprise data architecture and logical data models, programming in Python, SQL, or Spark, data visualisation tools such as Qlik, Power BI or Tableau, data engineering tools such as Hadoop, Kafka or SQL, analytics and presenting insights from large complex datasets, data quality and regulation experience, client engagement and stakeholder management, or domain expertise across Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, or Wealth and Asset Management.
• We value strong presentation skills and experience writing successful project proposals.
• We value experience working in an agile environment.
• We value prior consulting experience.
• We require a valid UK working permit.

Responsibilities:

• We work with our clients across multiple disciplines and projects, supporting data programmes from strategy through to enhanced analytics and delivery.
• We shape and deliver complex data transformation projects, including advising on strategy and data-driven decision making such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI.
• We use proprietary technology, including our ecosystem NLP tooling, to solve client problems.
• We identify potential business opportunities within existing and new clients.
• We collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting leadership to develop campaigns, respond to RFPs, and help grow our Consulting practice.
