Principal Systems Architect - M365 and EUC
Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:- We require 7+ years of IT experience with a strong Microsoft 365 engineering background.
- We require deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- We require strong knowledge of Entra ID, identity, authentication, and compliance features.
- We require advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- We require experience leading large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations.
- We require an understanding of governance and change management processes.
- We require experience with Intune and endpoint management.
- We require experience working in global enterprise environments in similar roles.
- We require a bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- We value Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- We value experience using migration tools like Quest or ShareGate.
- We value knowledge of hybrid environments and Zero Trust models.
- We value exposure to Graph API or other scripting languages.
- We value strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- We establish tenant-wide policies for data protection, retention, and regulatory compliance.
- We administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services to ensure performance and availability.
- We act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues, including root cause analysis.
- We lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and coordinate global delivery.
- We develop PowerShell automation and improve reporting and efficiency.
- We maintain runbooks and documentation for operational consistency.
- We work with global stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
