Job Description

Salary: £38,000 - 38,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We require 3+ years of experience delivering training programmes, including administration, development, or end-user support.
  • We require previous experience designing training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • We require a high level of knowledge of SharePoint infrastructure.
  • We would like experience with other Microsoft 365 applications such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • We require excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms.
  • We require experience using Microsoft Teams.
  • We require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • We require a self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • We require strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • We require the ability to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
  • We require a full UK driving licence.
  • We require SharePoint Training experience: 3 years.
  • We require Microsoft 365 Training experience: 3 years.
  • We require willingness to travel 75%.
  • We require the role to be hybrid remote in Stoke-on-Trent.
Responsibilities:
  • We design, develop, and deliver SharePoint training sessions from beginner to advanced level for end-users, administrators, and business users.
  • We develop training materials, including user guides, PowerPoint presentations, and video tutorials, with support from our internal content designer.
  • We conduct both face-to-face onsite training at client locations and virtual training sessions.
  • We assess SharePoint training needs and customise learning programs to align with organisational goals.
  • We gather feedback after training sessions and adjust content or delivery methods accordingly.
  • We provide post-training support by answering user queries, resolving issues, and offering troubleshooting assistance.
  • We create and maintain FAQs and self-help resources for ongoing user education.
  • We track and monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, measuring learner success, and reporting outcomes to management.
  • We collaborate with IT, business teams, and other departments to stay informed about new SharePoint features and functionality.
  • We coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
  • We stay current with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our training methodologies and deliver effective learning experiences.
  • We will also require regular travel to client sites for face-to-face training, including occasional Sunday travel.
