Data & Integration Workstream Lead
Job Description
Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for an experienced data and integration specialist.
- We need someone who has proven experience leading complex technology or transformation workstreams from planning through to cutover and stabilisation.
- We require strong expertise in data migration, ETL processes, reconciliation and validation techniques.
- We need knowledge of SAP ERP data models and cross-system integration challenges, with a strong understanding of ERP data and integration design, ideally SAP Public Cloud.
- We require strong delivery management capability, including milestone planning, progress reporting, issue resolution and stakeholder escalation.
- We are looking for experience reviewing supplier solutions, technical designs and delivery approaches.
- We need someone who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadership.
- SAP Activate certification or working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology is desirable.
- We will have you lead the data, integration and migration workstream end-to-end, from planning through to cutover and stabilisation.
- We will expect you to define the strategies, standards and principles governing data cleansing, migration, integration and management.
- We will have you produce detailed workstream plans, milestones, resource assumptions and delivery reporting.
- We will have you review and challenge supplier proposals, coordinating integration and migration work across internal teams, suppliers and business SMEs.
- We will have you own workstream delivery governance, including RAID management, action tracking, dependency coordination and escalation of blockers.
- We will have you monitor and validate integration delivery, testing progress, defect resolution and cutover readiness.
- We will ask you to advise and influence programme leadership on risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
