Full Stack Software Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year
Requirements:- Extensive experience in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue, with a strong eye for intuitive UI/UX design.
- Solid backend development skills in Python or TypeScript frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, with comfort managing the full application lifecycle.
- Experience deploying software within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ideally, experience using containerisation tools such as Docker.
- A scientific and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to test assumptions and balance big-picture vision with execution details.
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, fast-paced environments and take full ownership of problems.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients to define technical strategy.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- A relentless drive to learn and apply novel technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale AI-powered systems for global clients.
- Take ownership of the full stack and turn machine learning outputs into production-ready solutions.
- Create reliable, reusable, and scalable frontend and backend architectures.
- Lead engineers within cross-functional teams alongside Data Scientists and Product Managers to deploy high-impact software.
- Design and architect robust project frameworks that balance rapid prototyping with long-term maintainability.
- Act as a technical authority for full-stack development within the delivery unit.
