Senior Solutions Architect, Automotive & Manufacturing

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries
• Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with end user or developer communities
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients
• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience with hands-on building of GenAI-based solutions or architectures

Responsibilities:

• Develop the technology strategy for one of our largest global enterprise customers in a complex and multi-faceted environment
• Interface daily with senior executive leaders and cloud architects to build relationships and enable them as cloud advocates
• Help the customer become an AI-enabled enterprise by implementing leading-edge technologies, designing advanced cloud-based solutions, adopting cloud best practice designs, and modernizing enterprise workloads in the cloud
• Partner with various AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that solve customer business problems
• Build mindshare and accelerate the adoption of AWS services
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth across a wide portfolio of technologies
• Connect technologies to measurable business value and articulate technical solutions to business challenges
• Capture and share best practices with peers, generate internal and external technical content, and participate in hiring activities to grow the community
• Travel up to 25% domestically and within Europe, with occasional international trips
