Principal Designer

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We want someone who is passionate about doing things once and doing them the right way.
• We want experience with the CDM regulations and the BSA, and ideally HRBs.
• If not HRBs, we want an accredited Principal Designer or someone soon becoming one.
• We ideally want experience dealing with contractors and other design consultants.

Responsibilities:

• We want you to support the smooth designing and building of projects.
• We want you to plan, monitor, and coordinate health and safety throughout the design and build process.
• We want you to deal with contractors and other design consultants as part of the role.
