Software Engineer

Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with Java 8+ and SQL.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of RESTful API development and object-oriented design.
• Basic understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile methodologies, and DevOps culture.
• Comfortable with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Awareness of clean coding and SOLID principles.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services.
• Experience with JUnit or other testing tools.
• Basic knowledge of XML/JSON data formats and Unix shell scripting.
• Familiarity with version control and build tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins.
• Collaborative team member eager to support team goals.
• Strong communicator with clear verbal and written skills.
• Self-motivated problem solver capable of managing workload effectively.
• Open to learning and adapting within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of new features and platform enhancements.
