Oracle Architect - Payroll, Compliance, Implementations

Salary: £33,000 - 71,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud, and related middleware.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll modules and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Architect or Oracle Payroll Certification are a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable Oracle architecture solutions tailored to payroll processing.
• Lead end-to-end payroll system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and data security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
• Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and payroll industry trends.
