ServiceNow Platform Owner

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner, Product Owner, Service Owner, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.
• Experience managing complex multi-instance or multi-client environments.
• Expertise in platform governance, operating models, and service improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at executive level.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, and governance within enterprise environments.
• Eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance.
• British nationality and eligibility for SC clearance are required due to the nature of the projects.
• Desirable: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, and CAD.
• Desirable: ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
• Desirable: Experience within Financial Services, Public Sector, Defence, or other regulated industries.
• Desirable: Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Own our ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Drive platform adoption, optimisation, and value realisation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, development, support, and service delivery.
• Manage platform performance, continual improvement, risk, and compliance.
• Oversee demand management, prioritisation, and investment decisions.
• Support commercial growth opportunities and client success.
• Work as the conduit between customers and the teams that support and manage the platform.
• Ensure the correct process and governance are followed.

We are recruiting for a ServiceNow Platform Owner with a salary of £65,000-£85,000 plus bonus and benefits. This is a UK-wide flexible role, with one day per week in any of our UK offices.
