Oracle Cloud Payroll/Compensation Consultant

Salary: £58,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically Payroll and Workforce Compensation
• Deep understanding of payroll processing, element design, fast formulas, retro-pay, and payroll taxation/compliance
• Demonstrated experience configuring merit cycles, bonus plans, budget pools, and compensation sheets
• Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Payroll Flow Security
• Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, or Compensation certifications are a strong plus
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Workforce Compensation
• Facilitate workshops to capture business processes, configuration requirements, and local payroll compliance rules
• Configure elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, payroll flows, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and cycles
• Prepare test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support parallel payroll runs, and resolve go-live issues
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations such as time and labor, general ledger, and third-party benefits, as well as custom OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, Payroll Directors, and business leaders
