Responsibilities:

• Learn how to use our business software.
• Create online forms and simple digital workflows.
• Help improve the way the business works through technology.
• Speak with colleagues to understand how their processes work.
• Test new workflows to make sure everything works correctly.
• Update reports and dashboards.
• Help write simple user guides where needed.
• Record project progress and suggest ideas for improvements.
