Systems Administrator
Job Description
Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

- We need experience administering or coordinating digital systems or platforms; experience with HR, performance or learning systems would be advantageous.

- We need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical, ground-up approach.

- We need confidence using calendars, email, spreadsheets, trackers and administrative systems.
- We need a continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in making systems and processes work better.
- We consider experience with Lattice and/or Workday Learning highly advantageous.
- We require the ability to work as an external resource via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
- We take ownership of the day-to-day administration and back-end management of Lattice, ensuring the platform is accurately configured and maintained.
- We configure and manage user types, permissions, access, system settings, workflows and performance cycles.
- We support the setup, testing, launch and administration of performance activity, ensuring key milestones are delivered accurately and on time.
- We troubleshoot system and user issues, investigating problems and coordinating solutions with internal teams or external support where required.
- We maintain accurate system data and proactively identify configuration issues, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
- We coordinate the operational delivery of performance initiatives, maintaining timelines, actions and key dependencies.
- We support the coordination of performance training and learning programmes, including administration within Workday Learning.
- We manage associated logistics including Outlook calendars, meeting invitations, participant lists, communications and email distribution.
- We work closely with L&OD and the wider People team on operational planning, translating programme requirements into clear system, learning and communication activity.
- We maintain accurate trackers, reports and process documentation to support delivery and effective knowledge transfer.
- We use data and system insights to identify trends and opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the employee experience.
- We proactively anticipate requirements, follow up on actions and ensure activity progresses without needing continual direction.
