D365/Power Platform Technical Lead

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of Power Platform/D365 delivery experience.
• We need strong experience with Power Apps, including Model-driven apps and Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• We need experience implementing D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, and Customer Insights.
• We need front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Liquid Template.
• We need server-side development experience, preferably with C#/.NET/.NET Core.
• We need integration experience with REST APIs and custom connectors.
• We need knowledge of Azure integration services.
• We need ALM and CI/CD experience.
• We need a comprehensive understanding of non-functional requirements.
• We need strong customer-facing skills.
• We need relevant Microsoft certifications.
• It is desirable to have experience with Copilot Studio and/or Foundry.
• It is desirable to have enterprise delivery experience.
• It is desirable to have experience delivering with the Success by Design framework.
• It is desirable to have UI/UX design experience.
• It is desirable to have experience building applications with accessibility in mind.
• It is desirable to have experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Forms, and Teams.

Responsibilities:

• We lead solution design, build, and delivery across a range of Power Platform and D365 CE projects.
• We own technical quality, standards, and deliverables.
• We design and build integrations using APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
• We work directly with customers to refine requirements.
• We guide ALM, DevOps, and deployment approaches.
• We mentor developers and lead distributed teams.
• We act as the technical authority across project delivery, shaping solutions and guiding development teams.
• We contribute hands-on to complex solution design, integration architecture, and troubleshooting.
• We stay current with Microsoft platform evolution, including Copilot, Power Platform enhancements, and AI-driven business solutions.
• We assess emerging capabilities and guide their pragmatic adoption in customer solutions.
• We translate business requirements into robust, supportable solutions with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.
