Job Description
Salary: £42,923 - 47,044 per year

- We need experience working with developers, architects, and technical leads to understand constraints, dependencies, and opportunities.
- We require knowledge of using data, analytics, and user insight to monitor performance and inform decisions.
- We need awareness of tools and frameworks that support prioritisation and risk-based decision making.
- We require qualifications and/or equivalent experience demonstrating transferable skills relevant to Product Management.
- Security Clearance is an essential requirement, and applicants must have been in the UK for at least 3 of the last 5 years to be eligible for SC.
- We define and communicate a clear product vision, aligning roadmaps and backlogs to strategic goals and sprint priorities.
- We own and prioritise the product backlog, making risk-based decisions to unblock delivery and maintain momentum.
- We ensure delivery meets user needs, accessibility requirements, legislation, and GDS/GOV.UK standards within a regulated environment.
- We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, including delivery managers, designers, researchers, analysts, architects, and operational subject matter experts, to deliver change and drive continuous improvement.
- We build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the bridge between service owners, business areas, and delivery teams.
- We communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly through workshops, demos, and engagement sessions.
- We use data, analytics, user research, and insight to inform decisions, measure performance, and improve outcomes.
- We identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, balancing user, business, and technical needs and supporting live service optimisation.
