Application Support Analyst

Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability
• Experience in customer support, technical support, application support, or software support

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot software issues and user queries
• Help customers maximise their use of the platform
• Escalate more technical issues where required
• Work closely with internal support and technical teams
