Software Controls Systems Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in some or all of the following: PLC and HMI programming; Mitsubishi experience is desirable but not essential
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens or Omron control systems
• Structured Text programming experience
• Experience with industrial communications including Profinet, Profibus and EtherNet/IP
• Experience with machine commissioning, packaging systems, conveyor systems or robotics
• Experience with high-level programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, VB or Python

Responsibilities:

• Develop and program PLC and HMI control systems
• Support machine commissioning and start-up activities
• Work with robotics, conveyor systems and automated production equipment
• Develop and support software solutions for customers worldwide
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative automation projects
