Enterprise Architect Manager - Security

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• TOGAF certified or equivalent enterprise architecture qualification.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, application, and data security.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing teams and driving architectural best practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the security architecture practice, standards, and design patterns across the organisation.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align target architecture and roadmaps with strategic objectives.
• Manage and develop a team of Domain and Solution Architects, providing leadership across architectural reviews and technology governance.
• Own and evolve enterprise-wide security architecture, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Ensure architectural decisions meet security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Chair architecture review boards and provide guidance on secure technology adoption and integration.
• Coach and mentor architects to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
• Translate strategic security objectives into practical architectural direction.
