Software Developer

Salary: £47,491.2 - 62,275.2 per year

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience in software development
• Experience with C#, Python, and Git
• Azure DevOps experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Develop software tools, scripts, and automation to support control system development
• Translate user and engineering needs into clear software requirements and development tasks
• Build, test, debug, and document software using modern software development practices
• Support automation of development, validation, and test workflows
• Use tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio / VS Code, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Copilot, agentic workflows, and automated test frameworks
