Retail Solution Architect

Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Retail Solution Architect.
• We are keen to speak with architects who have strong experience delivering technology solutions within retail environments.
• Ideal experience includes retail technology architecture.
• Ideal experience includes store systems and in-store technology.
• Ideal experience includes EPOS platforms and modernisation programmes.
• Ideal experience includes omnichannel retail solutions.
• Ideal experience includes multi-site technology architecture and design.
• Ideal experience includes end-to-end solution design across complex retail estates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and design across multiple retail locations.
• Support the implementation of a new home delivery platform.
• Support the implementation of a new hotel booking system.
• Drive EPOS modernisation initiatives.
• Guide the introduction of a new till system.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational requirements and long-term strategy.

We are supporting a major transformation programme across a large multi-site retail estate. This contract role is for a Retail Solution Architect, working 2 days per week on site in Birmingham for an initial 6-month duration. The rate is £500 to £600 outside IR35.
