Systems Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and data flows.
- Experience supporting or implementing enterprise systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption.
- Desirable: experience within healthcare, social care, or another regulated environment.
- Desirable: knowledge of Electronic Care Records or workforce management systems.
- Desirable: understanding of GDPR, compliance, and information governance.
- Desirable: experience working on system implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Desirable: project management or ITIL qualifications.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Support the implementation and rollout of new business systems across multiple locations.
- Coordinate system testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Deliver user training and create clear, engaging documentation.
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR and industry standards.
