Systems Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and data flows.
• Experience supporting or implementing enterprise systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption.
• Desirable: experience within healthcare, social care, or another regulated environment.
• Desirable: knowledge of Electronic Care Records or workforce management systems.
• Desirable: understanding of GDPR, compliance, and information governance.
• Desirable: experience working on system implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Desirable: project management or ITIL qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new business systems across multiple locations.
• Coordinate system testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Deliver user training and create clear, engaging documentation.
• Provide ongoing system support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR and industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders.
