Infrastructure Engineer - Portsoken

Salary: £70,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Must be currently DV cleared
• Experience with VMware technologies, including ESXi, vCenter, and VMware Cloud Foundation
• Experience with Windows, Linux and/or macOS server administration
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with NSX for virtualisation and networking
• Experience with networking and storage technologies
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python or Java
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Foreman, Kickstart/PXE or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support secure IT infrastructure
• Work across virtualisation, networking, storage, automation, and platform technologies
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions
• Provide technical leadership on complex issues
• Support the ongoing health and optimisation of critical systems
