Requirements:

• SC clearance is required.
• Experience developing performance measurement frameworks.
• Ability to analyse service or product performance against defined frameworks.
• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to produce high-quality, accurate analysis.
• Experience collaborating with digital and analytical professionals, including user researchers.

Responsibilities:

• We will work with project teams to procure, implement and validate appropriate analytics tools against identified performance measurement frameworks.
• We will analyse data and turn it into compelling, evidence-based and actionable data stories for stakeholders to support decision-making.
• We will inform the iterative design of the service or product to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy.
• We will ensure data and analysis are of high quality and accuracy while working across qualitative and quantitative data.
• We will provide digital challenge and collaborate with other digital and analytical professions, especially user researchers, to generate collective insights.

We are recruiting a Performance Analyst for our Digital - MTD - SA - View & Change programme. This is a pivotal 6-month analysis role based in Telford, with two days per week in the office. The role is inside IR35 and requires SC clearance. You will support Making Tax Digital, an initiative transforming the UK tax system through digitally integrated tools to help businesses, self-employed individuals, and landlords get their tax right first time. We are working to create a single, up-to-date view of customers tax affairs in a modern and robust IT system.
