Salary: £90,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven SAP PLM and SAP IPD implementation experience, with hands-on guidance across all delivery phases

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of a global technology platform supporting end-to-end business processes
  • Own the global functional solution, technical standards, delivery and operations governance, and technical documentation for the end-to-end ERP process
  • Define and maintain global solution blueprints, technical decision rights, IT controls, and IT policies
  • Ensure standardisation and harmonisation of ERP solutions across markets and functions
  • Provide hands-on SAP PLM and SAP IPD implementation experience and guidance across design, build, test, deployment, and sustain phases
  • Input into the design authority for the process
  • Act as guardian of the global template during deployment waves and ensure alignment with S/4HANA and SAP IPD principles
  • Partner with Business Process Owners, SMEs, Data, and other Solution Owners to ensure integrated and coherent designs
  • Deliver ongoing business-as-usual changes to the legacy SAP ECC landscape
  • Provide functional expertise to address critical SAP ECC operational issues
  • Own legacy SAP systems lifecycle management, including functional upgrades, legal and tax changes, and change-related IT controls
  • Resolve cross-functional process issues, conflicts, and dependencies
  • Minimise deviations from global standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
  • Define process KPIs, controls, and continuous improvement mechanisms
  • Partner with Business Process Owners, Process Experts, Local Process Experts, and Functional Leaders to embed and sustain process changes
  • Ensure effective integration across interconnected processes such as L2C, S2P, and R2D
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Compliance, Cyber Security, Architecture, Testing, and Change teams
  • Ensure business process availability by working closely with Tech Support teams and applying SAP functional expertise when needed
  • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, automation, and digitisation
  • Ensure ERP applications continue to evolve in support of the organisations long-term strategy
