Network Engineer - Wireless, Meraki, Multisite

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer within large, complex multi-site organisations
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies and best practices
• Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki or similar vendors
• Hands-on experience producing and delivering low-level network designs
• Proven track record troubleshooting and resolving live network issues
• Experience working on large-scale network transformation or modernisation initiatives
• Exposure to cloud-based networking solutions
• Strong problem-solving ability with clear communication and stakeholder skills
• Confidence working independently while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders
• Flexible approach to hybrid working, with onsite attendance when required
• Immediate availability would be advantageous
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Wi‑Fi 7, IoT, and private 5G would be advantageous
• Wireless or vendor certifications would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Design, optimise, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless networks across multiple sites
• Ensure secure, high-performance connectivity and an excellent end-user experience
• Deliver low-level network designs for complex, large-scale deployments
• Resolve live network issues across enterprise environments
• Support network transformation and modernisation initiatives
• Work collaboratively with engineers and stakeholders across the organisation
• Operate effectively in a hybrid working model with onsite presence when required
