Head of Product IAM Workforce Identity

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced Product Leader with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• We want strong Product Management experience within Workforce Identity, IAM or CIAM.
• We want experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar.
• We want proven experience launching a customer-facing product from 0 to 1, taking it from strategy through to market.
• We want someone who is commercially minded and able to balance customer needs with product vision.
• We want someone who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments and can make a significant impact.
• We want someone who is comfortable both defining product strategy and getting into the detail of delivery.

Responsibilities:

• We want you to take ownership of a brand new Workforce Identity product and lead it from strategy through to successful market launch.
• We want you to work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to define the product vision.
• We want you to validate customer needs and deliver a best-in-class identity solution.
• We want you to operate initially as an individual contributor with significant autonomy.
• We want you to shape product direction and make key commercial decisions.
• We want you to help build and lead the product function as the product grows.
• We want you to define a product from zero to one and take it from concept to commercial success.
