Product Owner

Salary: £29,000 - 57,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience defining product visions and roadmaps
• Experience working closely with stakeholders and delivering IT solutions in an Agile environment
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritise backlogs based on business value
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements to technical teams
• Confidence to challenge, influence, and guide decisions when needed
• A collaborative mindset
• A problem-solving approach focused on outcomes, user experience, and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ownership of a product from understanding user needs through to ongoing enhancement

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of an existing product and help enhance its capabilities
• Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and Agile delivery teams
• Define, prioritise, and write clear epics and stories
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements for Agile teams
• Manage and refine the product backlog
• Balance competing priorities and align features with strategic goals
• Play a key role throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Plan iterations, review progress, and accept deliverables
• Ensure outputs meet agreed acceptance criteria
• Monitor product performance, analyse data and user feedback, and use insights to drive continuous improvement
