Requirements:- 5-8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience delivering Power BI reporting and analytics solutions
- Good understanding of data structures and reporting
- SQL knowledge required for data validation and interrogation
- Insurance experience is essential
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Gather requirements and lead workshops
- Ensure successful delivery of Power BI reporting solutions
