Product Owner

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
• Experience delivering software integrations and working with APIs or interconnected platforms.
• A track record of working closely with development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong backlog management, roadmap planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and technology partners.
• A data-driven approach to product decisions and continuous improvement.
• Desirable: experience within Unified Communications, UCaaS, telephony, contact centre or collaboration platforms.
• Desirable: experience with CRM or workflow system integrations.
• Desirable: business analysis experience and writing detailed user stories.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the product roadmap and backlog.
• Define and prioritise features based on business value and customer needs.
• Work with internal customers to understand challenges, gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive fast-paced delivery of integrations, new functionality and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and delivery partners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and strategic partners.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption and ongoing business value.
• Champion Agile best practice and continuous product improvement.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Poole office. You will work at the heart of product delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders, engineering teams and external technology partners to shape and deliver innovative software solutions that create measurable value for our customers and our business.
