1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Windows OS installation and software configuration
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the office location
- Provide efficient and professional remote IT support
- Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager
- Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configuration
- Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
