Senior Odoo Engineer ERP & E-Commerce (all genders)

Do you want to do more than just maintain an ERP system—do you want to help shape its future? As a Senior Odoo Engineer for ERP & E-Commerce (all genders), you’ll take responsibility for our Odoo platform—the system that powers sales, order processing, logistics, and accounting.
You’ll further develop our in-house modules, continue the migration to the Odoo standard, integrate new countries, standardize payment processes, and build our new online store—ensuring it’s fully upgradeable, with streamlined workflows and genuine creative freedom.

• The focus is on further developing our Odoo platform—which includes approximately 25 in-house modules—and upgrading it to the target version. In doing so, you’ll rely on an upgrade-friendly architecture based on inheritance rather than modifications to the Odoo core
• Another key focus of your work will be migrating existing processes to the Odoo standard and integrating new countries—including localization, accounting, and country-specific requirements
• You’ll ensure seamless and efficient payment processes by integrating PSP connections, SEPA direct debit, and PSD2/SCA, and by managing the interfaces with adjacent systems
• Together with the relevant stakeholders, you’ll implement our new, mobile-friendly website and online store based on Odoo E-Commerce
• You ensure code quality and testability, document architecture and design decisions, and provide technical guidance to development partners

• You have several years of experience in Odoo development with Python and have implemented your own modules from requirements through to go-live
• You have worked with Odoo Enterprise in production environments—including Odoo.sh—for several years and are proficient with Git in professional development and deployment processes
• For you, Odoo is not just a configuration tool: ORM, inheritance, Views, and QWeb, access rights, and cron jobs are all part of your skill set—ideally complemented by Odoo E-Commerce
• You confidently analyze existing software, refactor it strategically, and further develop it with a focus on quality, maintainability, and stability
• Experience with Odoo upgrades, data migrations, multi-company setups, or integrating payment service providers is a definite plus
• You work in a structured and independent manner, document clearly, and communicate on an equal footing in German and English

• Work Environment & Organization: You enjoy working in our Munich office and value face-to-face interaction with your team. In addition, you can work from home one day a week. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule within the framework of our operational requirements.
• Workation: Upon agreement, up to 4 weeks of EU workation per year are possible. If you choose Fuerteventura, we’ll also cover your flight, accommodations, and rental car.
