Level Up Your Career!

At Kwalee, you’ll join a gaming powerhouse that boasts a mobile empire with 1.5 billion+ downloads alongside a thriving PC & Console division that has achieved numerous global chart-topping releases across Steam, Consoles, and Amazon, driving millions of Wishlists. Most recently publishing breakout hits such as The Precinct and Town to City. It’s a unique chance to bring your expertise to a global studio that dominates both the mobile, and the indie PC and Console space.

At Kwalee, as well as a competitive salary we also offer; Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Assurance, Royal London Pension, a Free On-site Gym, Dog-friendly Office, LinkedIn Learning, 25 holiday days + bank holidays, and 1 day extra holiday for each year of service capped at 5.

Kwalee’s Growth Analytics team is looking for a Senior Growth Analyst (or Senior Data Analyst) to be the early-warning radar and the money brain of our mobile portfolio. Whenever the data hints at a problem or an opportunity, you’ll help us see it, size it, and act on it fast.

You go way beyond reporting. You’re the kind of analyst who says: “Here’s an opportunity, here’s why it’s happening, here are three ways to win it, and I’ll check next week how we did.”

This role is based onsite 5 days per week at our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be our early-warning radar. Build smart, automated monitoring across revenue, spend, ROAS, and retention so the right people know what’s changing, quickly.
  • Build the money models. Create and improve the LTV and ROAS models that guide our UA targets.
  • Guide where the money goes. Help UA find where the next pound of spend works hardest across games and channels.
  • Detect, diagnose, recommend. When something moves, find out why, put a number on it, and bring clear options.
  • Prove what works. Help the whole team measure the real impact of their work, so we learn from every win.
  • Level up creative testing. Help design how we test and pick winning ads, and the dashboards that track them.
  • Tell the story. Share clear, simple insights with the team and leadership.

    • What You’ll Own:

Portfolio insight and commercial modelling. You’ll be the first to spot what’s changing across our games, put a number on it, and bring a clear recommendation, and you’ll keep our LTV models fresh so every UA decision stands on solid ground.

    How we’ll celebrate your success:

  • How early we spot changes, and how useful the alerts are.
  • Accuracy of LTV forecasts.
  • Value of the recommendations the team acts on.
  • How clearly we can see the impact of our work.

    • What We’re Looking For:

    Essential

  • Several years of analytics experience in mobile games or another app business with paid acquisition.
  • Strong SQL and Python (or R); you enjoy building models, not just queries.
  • Hands-on experience with LTV prediction, cohort analysis, and ROAS modelling.
  • A solid grasp of experiment design and statistics.
  • Commercial instinct: you talk in outcomes and recommend actions.
  • A clear communicator who makes data easy for everyone.

    • Desirable

  • Experience building automated monitoring or anomaly detection is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution and ad data.
    • Why Kwalee?
    • Generous Holiday: Start with 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. You'll also earn an extra day for every year of service, up to 5 years!
    • Flexible Working: We offer core hours that allow you to work flexibly around your life, and a bank of 'Work From Home' days to use when you need them.
    • Health Cover: Private medical cover, life assurance, a solid pension plan, and cover for dental and optical care.
    • Recharge: Take advantage of our on-site gym and a supportive atmosphere that prioritises your wellbeing.
    • Free Food & Drink: Fuel your day with unlimited free snacks and drinks.
    • Gaming Goodies: Receive Steam codes for all our game releases!
    • Dog-Friendly Office: Bring your furry friend to our vibrant, fun office.
    • Office Location: Leamington Spa office location, with free parking and electric charging stations.
    • Merch & Events: Get exclusive Kwalee merch, enjoy fun seasonal events, and stay informed with regular town halls.
    • Growth & Learning: Full access to LinkedIn Learning to support your continuous professional development.
