Über uns
SEDIWORK gestaltet die ärztliche Weiterbildung und Personalsteuerung neu – gemeinsam mit Klinikleitungen und strategischen Partnern im Gesundheitswesen.
Aufgaben
Marketing & Content
- Erstellung von LinkedIn Content (Posts, Clips)
- Aufnahme und Schnitt von Podcast- / Videoformaten
- Erstellung von Sales-Unterlagen (Präsentationen, One-Pager)
- Unterstützung bei Newsletter & Bestandskundenkommunikation
- Organisation von Events (z. B. Workshops, Konferenzen)

Sales Support**
- Recherche von Zielkunden und Leads
- Vorbereitung von Terminen (Unterlagen, Inhalte, Struktur)
- Erste Kontaktaufnahme (z. B. Follow-ups)
Deine Rolle
Du bist Teil unseres Go-to-Market Teams und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung.
Dein Fokus:
Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen + Unterstützung im Vertrieb
Es geht um Content, Kommunikation und konkrete Vertriebsunterstützung.
Qualifikation
- 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing, Sales, Startup oder ähnlichem Umfeld
- Erste Berührung mit Video-/Audio-Tools von Vorteil
- Berufliche Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
