Catenda builds the open BIM and common-data-environment platform that construction teams across Europe use to work together on their projects. DACH is our strongest and fastest-growing market — and we are now adding dedicated marketing capacity to keep that momentum going.
Tasks
What you’ll do
- Run demand generation for DACH — from campaign to qualified pipeline.
- Build campaigns from real customer evidence, not guesswork.
- Restart our presence in the AEC trade press with strong customer stories.
- Optimize our website and demand-capture paths for conversion.
- Run our trade-fair and event presence across the region.
- Keep marketing and sales tightly aligned on pipeline.
Requirements
What you bring
- B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction-tech / AEC software or technical SaaS.
- Full-stack demand-gen skills: digital, content, events, conversion.
- Confidence with data and CRM.
- Business-fluent German and English.
- A builder’s mentality — you’d rather ship and improve than wait for perfect.
