We are passionate industry experts in the property risk, compliance and safety management industry providing our leading end-to-end solution QUOODA – A platform for property owners and managers to maintain and manage a single source of truth for their complete property portfolio, covering commercial, residential, education, health, financial, tech, and telecoms sectors. 

Our platform is used by over 8000 users across trusted industry leaders and is responsible for managing several of the UK's most iconic buildings, such as London's O2 Arena, The Shard, One Blackfriars, and The Cheese Grater to name just a few. 

The goal of QUOODA is to make it quicker and easier to manage property risk and compliance, providing key information at your fingertips in real-time covering Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental impact, Asset Management, Work Permits and more. 

 

The Team 

Our team is focused on delivering an industry leading platform for our users and providing them with the right features to simplify their tasks. To do this, the team is fully cross-functional and follows agile best practices in a highly collaborative environment - Taking ownership of the platform architecture, infrastructure, and application lifecycle following the 'Build It, Ship It, Own It' philosophy.  

We currently have several teams made up of engineers, testers, and product owners, and are expanding these as we move closer to our scalability and growth targets. This is an exciting time to join our team, as there are great opportunities to make your mark and influence how we do things as we progress with our expansion. 

 

The Role 

As Head of Product, you are the voice, validator and external face of QUOODA. Engineering owns what gets built and why; you bring the customer and commercial judgement they need to make those decisions well, and you are accountable for ensuring the product meets the bar before it reaches customers. Day to day, your closest working relationships are with the CTO and Director of Engineering: you keep them unblocked, informed and well-connected to the commercial and customer context they need. You are the product's spokesperson externally to customers, to sales and new business, and to customer success and you facilitate a direct, unfiltered relationship between engineering and the wider business. You do not sit in the middle: you remove friction, surface context, and validate outcomes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Product direction and voice 

• Set and communicate product strategy. Curate and communicate the QUOODA v2 roadmap, reflecting engineering decisions and ensuring the rationale is clearly articulated to the business and market. 

• Be the spokesperson for QUOODA. Represent the product internally and externally through demos, briefings, webinars, customer councils, sales conversations and analyst or prospect engagements. 

• Work closely with the CTO and Director of Engineering. Be their primary point of contact for commercial and customer context. Keep them informed of business priorities, market signals and customer feedback so they can make well-grounded decisions without being pulled into business-facing meetings themselves. Flag blockers, misalignments and communication gaps early. 

• Facilitate prioritisation. Facilitate prioritisation conversations between engineering, commercial and customers. Bring domain and customer context to those decisions, and ensure engineering has what it needs to make well-informed calls. 

Commercial, customer success and sales partnership 

• Enable sales and new business. Equip the commercial team with messaging, positioning, demo narratives and answers to the hard questions, so they can win against incumbents and triple our customer base by 2030. 

• Partner with customer success. Translate adoption signals, support themes and renewal risk into product decisions, and give CS the roadmap clarity they need to retain and grow accounts. 

The v1-to-v2 migration 

• Support engineering in leading the migration of 70 customers from QUOODA v1 to v2. Own the customer-facing communication and experience of the migration. Be the named, accountable point of contact for customers throughout the transition, ensuring engineering has the business and customer context needed to sequence and execute it well. 

• Surface migration risk to engineering. Ensure engineering has unfiltered customer insight to inform their parity decisions. Own the customer-facing communication of each change — what is different, why, and what support is available, once engineering has made those calls. 

• Lead the UAT process for QUOODA v2. Be the primary voice from the customer and business perspective on whether the product is ready. Sign off that it meets the bar commercially and functionally in partnership with engineering who hold the technical quality bar. The go/no-go decision is a shared call, and it is explicit. 

• Curate the backlog of known issues. Turn five years of accumulated, hard-won knowledge about v1's gaps into clear intent for v2. 

Working in an AI-native SDLC 

• Surface context, not tickets. Surface customer problems, commercial outcomes and real-world constraints in a form that is immediately useful to engineers and AI agents. The goal is to enrich engineering's intent, not to originate it. 

• Represent the product-engineering model externally. Help customers, partners and the wider business understand how our product-engineering model works and why it produces better outcomes. Engineering owns the operating model itself; your role is to make it legible and credible to the outside world. 

 

Requirements  

 

Essential 

• Demonstrable product leadership experience in B2B / enterprise SaaS, ideally with a complex, configurable platform. 

• A credible, confident external presence, comfortable being the face of a product with customers, prospects, sales and CS. 

• Strong commercial instinct: you understand how product decisions drive pipeline, win rates, retention and growth. 

• Experience owning a major product transition, migration or re-platforming with a live customer base. 

• Fluency with (or genuine enthusiasm to embrace) an AI-native, agentic software development lifecycle: working alongside AI coding agents, expressing intent rather than writing exhaustive specs, and evaluating AI-built software. 

 

Highly desirable 

• Regulated domain experience, ideally in GRC, risk, compliance, audit, or adjacent regulated enterprise software. 

• Familiarity with API-first, cloud-native product architectures. 

• Hands-on comfort with AI tooling: prototyping, prompting, and defining evaluations to assess output quality. 

• Experience in a private-equity backed or high-growth scale-up environment.
