Technical Support Engineer

Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of IT systems and networking fundamentals
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment is desirable
• Knowledge of VoIP, networking, broadband or telecommunications systems is desirable
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is desirable
• Industry certifications or relevant technical qualifications are desirable
• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Romsey and Stockbridge, SO51 9BQ
• UK work authorisation is required

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email and remote support tools
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues across a range of technologies
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot cloud phone systems
• Support business broadband, networking and connectivity solutions
• Assist with business mobile services and device provisioning
• Configure and support Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
• Collaborate with colleagues and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Document support activities accurately and maintain customer records
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills
