Systems Administrator

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Systems Coordinator, Systems Administrator, IT Support, or similar role.
• Experience supporting ERP systems; Khaos Control or similar experience is beneficial.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• An understanding of network security and business continuity principles.
• Strong database management and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise across all areas of the business.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for our outsourced IT provider.
• Manage relationships with external technology partners to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain network security, supporting business continuity and data protection.
• Support, maintain, and develop our ERP system.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Support and enhance Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
• Manage remote access software and integrated third-party business applications.
• Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accurate reporting and accessible business information.
• Produce reports and analyse data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and business performance.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Ensure systems remain compliant with our company standards and industry best practice.
