Staff Engineer

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Staff Engineer with at least 8 years of experience.
• We need strong full-stack TypeScript and JavaScript experience, ideally with Next.js, React, and Node.
• We are looking for hands-on product engineering experience, ideally at Staff or Lead level within a product-focused environment.
• We need strong AWS production experience.
• We are looking for infrastructure as code exposure, such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation.
• We need cloud-native architecture and design skills.
• We are looking for solid AI tooling exposure.
• We want someone with a genuine delivery mindset who can ship as well as design.
• We prefer experience working in a Product or PaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• We want you to play a crucial lead role in new product development and AI innovation.
• We want you to work closely with our CTO to improve efficiency using AI tooling.
• We want you to be a primary contributor to engineering output and help move the dial on delivery.
